Transitional Mathematics Adjunct Instructor (ADJT26)
Aiken Technical College is recruiting Transitional Studies Mathematics Adjunct Instructors. The instructor will teach mathematics courses, manage classroom activities, and handle administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Instruction including hands‑on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks that may include reports, syllabus and lesson plan development.
Prepare and/or maintain current course syllabi for courses taught.
Ensure that courses are taught in accordance with the established syllabi.
Recommend for approval adequate instructional materials for courses.
Recommend adequate laboratory facilities/equipment for assigned courses.
Supervision of students.
Minimum And Additional Requirements Requirements by course subject:
MAT 032:
Bachelor's degree and mathematics teaching and/or tutoring experience.
MAT 101 & 102:
Bachelor's degree with significant level of mathematics and/or related field content, and teaching and/or tutoring experience in mathematics.
