Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated daycare teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience, a place where "Happy happens here" is not just a motto but a way of life. You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children from infancy to preschool, helping them learn, play, grow, and thrive while providing the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally.
Responsibilities
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using fun and engaging characters that make learning exciting
Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps, conversations, and updates about their child’s progress and milestones
Qualifications
Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children in an early childhood childcare setting
Experience
One or more years of professional teaching experience (preferred)
Six months of professional teaching experience (required)
Education
Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred)
High school diploma or GED (required)
