Crescent Hotels & Resorts – Westin Tempe
Position Overview Part‑time Front Desk Agent serving guests across the hotel. Availability is required for AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. The role contributes to guest satisfaction and represents the brand’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, register, and check out guests in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Provide prompt service and resolve guest inquiries or complaints with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
Use a moderately complex computer system for accurate data entry and handle cash, calculations, and reservation management.
Stand and move throughout the front office, respond to emergency situations and maintain safety protocols.
Assist co‑workers with duties and support team functions.
Required Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication in English; self‑starting with a calm disposition.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Strong math skills for calculator use and moderate calculations.
Ability to deal with internal and external customers, including conflict resolution.
Capability to observe emergency signs and establish effective working relationships.
