The Administrative Assistant will primarily manage payroll/time entry systems, assign field crew work via MWM, monitor yearly meter exchanges, and track compliance work. Additional duties include phone/email communication with customers, ordering office supplies, handling mail, and general office support tasks. The candidate will work onsite from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, performing administrative duties like updating time systems, communicating with crews/customers via phone or email, and completing daily office operations. The individual will support the field crews and office operations. Key collaborators will include the hiring manager and field staff. Both – internally supporting crews and externally handling customer communication via phone/email. Supportive and structured. While tasks vary daily, there's a consistent structure with teamwork and independent duties involved. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. Entry-level. Open to candidates straight out of high school or with limited office experience. College degree is welcome but not required. Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency. General administrative/office equipment knowledge. Customer service experience. Valid driver's license. Strong communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliability and consistency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. One year of administrative experience preferred. Prior customer service background preferred. Benefits

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
