Job Summary
Hiring Valet Attendants at multiple University Hospital locations surrounding Cleveland. Pay rate starts at $13/hour + tips. Shifts: full-time and part-time mornings, afternoons, evenings.
Responsibilities Park and retrieve cars efficiently. Greet all customers by name and develop rapport. Direct traffic to maintain flow. Maintain a self‑reliant attitude, work independently or with supervision. Promote excellent customer relations.
You Are Charismatic, energetic, and helpful. Responsible and dependable. Good driver with a clean record, standard transmission. Good under pressure; can handle chaos without folding. Good communicator; speaks, reads, and comprehends English. Team player; open to different opinions.
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED (preferred). Cash handling experience preferred. Parking industry experience preferred.
Skills Professional communication. Flexible and willing to work at multiple locations. Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations. Work unsupervised; make independent decisions. Sense of urgency and timeliness. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands Willing to work outside in all elements. Lifting, pushing, pulling at least 25 pounds. Stand, walk, run for extended periods. Bend, stoop, squat, lift frequently during shift.
