Responsible for safe transportation of residents to and from physician or other appointments. Plans drop off and pick up times to ensure timely service. Maintains the resident transport vehicles in a safe, clean condition.**Pay Range:** $17.00-$20.00 DOE**Essential Functions and Responsibilities*** Ensures the CAPLICO Core Values and Code of Conduct are adhered to at all times.* Ensures compliance with Resident Rights and HIPAA policies at all times.* Drives residents to and from appointments according to the transportation schedule, using the designated community vehicle(s).* Assists residents with entering and exiting the vehicle when necessary. Assists residents into and/or out of the destination when necessary.* Ensures that any resident paperwork is dropped off at each physician’s office and returned to the nurse’s office upon the resident’s return.**Minimum Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED.* Valid Class B driver’s license within the state of California and no major traffic violations over the previous 5 years.* Must be familiar with general locale and roads in the service area.* CPR certification is desirable.We are an equal opportunity employer.
