JS Clark Leadership Academy is seeking a dynamic, experienced Media Operations Instructor to lead our growing media production and broadcasting program. This role combines hands‑on teaching with real‑world production responsibilities. The instructor will train students in journalism, radio and video broadcasting, social media strategy, and advertising while serving as the technical director/producer for all school athletic events. The ideal candidate is both an educator and a skilled broadcast engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced, live‑production environment.

Required Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Production, Radio/TV/Film, or closely related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in live broadcast production (sports preferred), including roles such as technical director, broadcast engineer, producer, or director of photography.

Experience teaching or mentoring high school or college students in media production (strongly preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).

Passion for developing the next generation of broadcasters, journalists, and content creators.
