The Rack Deployment Team Member is responsible for the physical installation, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance of server racks and associated infrastructure within critical data center environments. This role specializes in both traditional air-cooled and advanced liquid cooling rack deployments, ensuring proper installation standards, operational readiness, and continuous system reliability in 24/7 operational environments.**Your day-to-day tasks will include:** **Required Qualifications:** 2+ years of experience in data center rack installation, liquid cooling systems, or critical facility maintenance
Hands-on experience with CDU operations, coolant distribution systems, and thermal management technologies
Knowledge of electrical safety procedures, chemical handling protocols, and fluid quality control standards
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs with strict adherence to procedures
Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work from heights up to 15 feet, and perform extended physical work in data center environments Strong attention to detail for quality assurance and compliance with procedural discipline requirements
Working knowledge of EPMS/BMS systems, CMMS platforms, and standard computer applications **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with liquid cooling maintenance including leak detection systems, chemical management, and water chemistry analysis
Knowledge of pump systems, heat exchangers, pressure testing equipment, and commissioning activities
Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling, predictive analysis, and performance baselining techniques
