Varsity Assistant Softball Coach at Joseph Case High School
Joseph Case High School is seeking candidates for a Varsity Assistant Softball Coach for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will possess prior coaching/playing experience and demonstrate the leadership and organizational skills necessary to oversee different aspects of the program.
Job Requirements
Prior coaching and/or playing experience required.
Commitment to building a positive team culture with strong leadership and high-level organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with athletes, families, coaches, school administrators, and the community.
Demonstrated success in developing student-athletes on and off the field.
Ability to manage and mentor players across all levels to ensure a cohesive and successful program.
Foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.
