Starting wage: $15-16 per hour
Shift schedule: Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Responsibilities
Be a great host: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Be a Peppy Prepper: prepare tables for service, salads for next meal, or roll silverware; understand that successful meal service requires preparation.
Be a Titan of Tidiness: buss tables, sweep floors; this role is crucial for community pride.
Be an “Appetite Anthropologist”: communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
Qualifications
At least sixteen (16) years of age.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th‑grade proficiency with residents.
Positive energetic attitude and love for residents.
Active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assisting after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
