As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented AV Technician to join our team. Job Summary: As an AV Technician at EEG, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team. An AV Technician for EEG must be able to assist and support the department so that our venues continually operate in environments exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Cleans, maintains, and troubleshoots sound, lighting, and visual equipment ensuring A/V equipment is functional at all times. Works to maintain standard A/V solutions across the organization for ease of use and minimizing support variation. Monitors tickets related to equipment needs and resolves in a timely manner. Responds quickly to A/V hardware and software requests for support. Installs electronic and electrical components in equipment racks and locations per wiring diagrams or verbal instructions. Moves and/or repositions large equipment or wiring supplies. Complies with Company security and safety measures and is aware of equipment inventory and location, ensuring inventory is protected from theft and/or damage. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent. Prior experience in audio visual and/or hospitality industry; QSYS, Gameview, Grandma, Intelligent lighting. Prior experience in a nightclub/DJ DJ-oriented industry. Computer proficiency (hardware, software, and networking). Basic understanding of electrical theories and safety procedures in audio concepts and live sound reinforcement. Demonstrated practical application of working audio mixing console and audio and video signal routing. Familiar with special efx, club lighting and programming. Individuals must be able to lift and carry heavy objects of 75 lbs. unassisted and to steady objects above shoulder height while fastened into place by co‑workers. Ability to be a team player and the ability to work under pressure and meet timelines in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated with ability to manage time to meet scheduled activities and willingness and ability to work non‑traditional hours including nights, weekends, holidays, special events depending on event schedules.
