Job Description WeDriveU is the leader in shared mobility solutions that connect communities, campuses, and workplaces. WeDriveU operates private shuttle and public transit systems across the U.S. serving millions of passenger journeys a year. Duties and Responsibilities
Exceptional attendance and punctuality
Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and report any issues
Comply with all traffic laws, federal and state transit regulations
Interact with customers and our central dispatch team and managers professionally
Provide excellent customer service and support to all riders, answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays
Promptly report vehicle maintenance, road‑and‑route concerns, accidents, and other traffic disruptions using two‑way radios or hands‑free devices
Additional duties and responsibilities may apply
Charge and plug in the vehicle at end of day
Skills Required and Physical Demands
Use route navigation apps and other technology, including knowledge of the area to pick up and drop off customers
Maintain electronic logs to track routes and incidents
Operate and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and forty‑five minutes
Drive in fluctuating weather and terrain
Flexible schedule to work outside of regular days and shifts
Comfortable with split shift schedules
Lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers

Education and Qualifications Hard Requirements
Commercial driver’s license (A or B)
Airbrake endorsement
Pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check
Preferred Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
At least 1 year of driving experience
