Full-Time:

3-day or 4 day schedule availability! 3-day 13-14 hour routes | 4-day 9-10 hour routes

Start time:

10:00pm-11:00pm or 1:00am

Pay: $22-$26/hr

(dependent on experience)

What you'll do:

Our drivers deliver flowers and plants in a safe, timely, and economical manner and provide customer-driven service.

Complete all tasks based on written standard work and meet the cycle times associated with each step of the standard work.

Deliver product on-time and in the condition it was when it left LBR.

Must make sure to follow delivery instructions and that product is placed where the customer requests and bring back any returned product.

Daily vehicle inspections.

Make pick-ups for internal customers.

Recommend process changes to improve productivity, safety and quality.

Ability to work with little or no supervision

Work safely while being aware of potential hazards

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

There could be up to 25 lift-gate deliveries per shift.

Education Required:

High School or better.

Experience

1 year driving

Licenses & Certifications Preferred:

CDLB
