You always have your ducks in a row and work well in a fast-paced environment

Set the energy and vibe for every guest entering our venue
Create a positive and memorable environment for both incoming and outgoing guests
Answer phone inquiries about reservationsand special events in a professional and helpful manner.
Conduct seating and guest flow while communicating with the team to ensure a smooth guest transition from concierge stand to table
Be genuine, honest, attentive, and empathetic with guests, while always being mindful of how you can go the extra mile to improve their experience
