Kitchen Manager Duties
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Drive profitability by controlling food costs, managing labor expenses, and maximizing efficiency.
Develop and mentor a high-performing kitchen team through training, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals.
Kitchen Manager Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Proven track record of achieving food cost and labor goals.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in food safety and sanitation procedures.
