Lead Automotive Detailer
to oversee our Detail Department.
The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering showroom-quality vehicles, leads by example, and ensures all detailing processes meet the highest standards. This role combines hands‑on detailing with team supervision and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Detail Department, supervising and training detailing staff.
Perform detailed cleaning and cosmetic reconditioning of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
Inspect vehicles for quality and ensure they meet dealership standards before delivery.
Assign daily tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to prioritize vehicle readiness.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain compliance with dealership procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive detailing, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high‑quality work.
Ability to train and motivate a team effectively.
Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Dependable, professional, and punctual.
