Basic Function
WHO WE ARE:Pinnacle Premix provides premixing, manufacturing, and distribution of formulated products to every sector of the feed industry. Our Hereford location is locally managed and manufactures premix for feed and pet food.

Weekly pay
W2 position
Regular PT schedule and excellent work-life balance - 20-25 hours weekly, M-F, day shift, weekends off (ideal for someone seeking consistent part-time work)
This part time position will perform weekly to semi-weekly cleaning of the Pinnacle Premix plant and warehouse areas. The primary responsibility for the Custodian is to maintain a safe and clean working environment at Pinnacle Premix.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Office duties including but not limited to:
Empty trash receptacles when full
Sweep/Vacuum debris
Monitor cleanliness of walls, light fixtures, countertops and address when necessary
Remove spider webs and other pest remnants with brushes
Warehouse duties including but not limited to:
Empty trash receptacles when full
Sweep/Vacuum aisles
Gather any loose cardboard, pallets, boxes, etc.
Remove spider webs and other pest remnants with brushes
Production area duties including but not limited to:
Empty trash receptacles when full
Monitor cleanliness of walls, equipment, silos, light fixtures and address when necessary
Vacuum debris and material around platform scales
Vacuum/sweep under conveyors, around bagging line, and behind silos
Wash forklift units on monthly basis
Assist with cleaning hand add bins, totes, and plastic pallets
Cardboard and plastic items that are eligible for recycling need to be baled in balers
Ensure trash and debris are picked up around exterior of facility weekly
Report any excessive pest populations and damage to Quality Assurance and Regulatory Manager
Advise Office Manager or Production Supervisor when low on consumable supplies and/or cleaning supplies
Perform related duties as required by Production Supervisor or General Manager
Education and Experience
Previous training and/or experience in the custodial field preferred, but not required.
Skills
Knowledge of proper cleaning methods is preferred.
Ability to safely handle cleaning products, chemicals & materials
Effective oral & written communication
Must be self-motivated, dependable and honest
Be thorough when completing a task with attention to detail
Physical Requirments
Lifting heavy items up to 55.115 lbs (25kgs), unassisted
Able to bend, stand, climb with proper training
Must be able to work safely in a noisy environment
Environment
Frequently exposed to hot & cold weather conditions.
Regularly exposed to dust.
