Our property has 368 spacious guest rooms and suites and is the destination for international and high-profile clientele.*Occasional travel required for training, conferences, and special events. The role will require 8–10-hour shifts, with days and hours varying based on business needs.* The Heart of House Manager oversees stewarding and housekeeping functions during overnight hours to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and operational efficiency across all back-of-house and public areas. This role partners closely with the Executive Steward, Housekeeping leadership, and Food & Beverage teams to maintain Four Seasons standards and deliver exceptional service. \*Ensure compliance with HACCP, sanitation standards, and audit requirements. Schedule and monitor daily tasks; coach team members on quality improvements.**Qualifications** Minimum of 5 years in a Sous Chef role; prior Executive Chef experience preferred.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to foster teamwork. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Working knowledge of hotel operations, safety compliance, and union guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and TEAMS. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Familiarity with culinary equipment and sanitation standards preferred. **Compensation**: $80,000 - $85,000
