Aeration Technician

Come join our award-winning, fun, and collaborative team! Responsibilities for Technicians: Perform lawn aerations for existing customers. Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilizer, weed control, and other professional applications. Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control. Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers. Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations. Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded! Clearly communicate with your team and/or supervisor.
