Job Description Summary
The
Sales Porter
will be responsible in maintaining the dealership’s appearance, assisting with vehicle movement, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greets all customers entering the sales area with a friendly and professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
Organizemultiple lots by make, model, and color.
Arrangetrades for trade walks, tagging keys, and programming keys.
Ensureinventory has buyer's guides displayed on vehicle windows.
Deliverand pick up vehicles from other dealerships and customers' residences.
Assist delivery drivers in finding keys and vehicles.
Rotateelectric vehicles off and on chargers to ensure compliance.
Assistwith tagging vehicles with barcodes.
Keep the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physically able to drive and move vehicles
Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership’s professional appearance
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre‑employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role or automotive industry is preferred
Compensation (Hourly):
$16.00 +/ hour
