SUMMARY The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of safety rail installations for our builder clients. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts across various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review schedules, prioritize tasks, and process scheduling requests
Prepare and distribute installation documents for the following day
Communicate with builders to confirm scheduled installations and verify compliance against purchase orders
Monitor installer pickups, process purchases/deliveries, and update inventory systems in the JM system
Review previous day's pickup jobs, document any discrepancies, and coordinate with builders to locate missing materials
Optimize routes, assign teams, and prepare pull sheets for the following day
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Strong communication and customer service abilities, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and email
Experience with inventory management and order tracking systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of construction processes and safety requirements is a plus
