Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a TRP Specialist — a Behavioral Health Professional who brings compassion, accountability, and initiative to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily group sessions on self-care, emotional regulation, community engagement, and job skills
Support clients with discretion and compassion during hygiene-related needs
Drive clients between personal care homes and our program (up to 4 hours/day in a company vehicle)
Document client participation and progress with accuracy and clarity
Help keep the facility “tour-ready”— safe, clean, and welcoming
Collaborate with clinicians and providers to deliver wraparound care

Must meet at least one
Certified Adult Peer Support Specialist (current & active) — or willing to pursue certification with our support
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
Plus
Experience supporting adults with severe mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
Driver’s license and reliable transportation
