A community support organization is seeking a Street Outreach Worker to assist individuals experiencing homelessness or living with mental illness and substance abuse. The role involves collaboration with various community agencies, providing resources, and supporting individuals in finding stable housing. This full-time position reports to the Street Outreach Program Director and includes working 40 hours a week with Saturday shifts.
