What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch landscaping services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping

Pruning trees and shrubs

Maintaining perennial beds

Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment

Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required)

Supporting snow and ice management during winter months

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)

At least 20 years old

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Basic English communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Landscaping experience is a plus-but not required!
