Essential Duties and Tasks:
The shuttle driver will operate transportation shuttles to maintain specific transportation routes throughout the property, as well as maintain the safety of our guests and owners at all times
The shuttle driver will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttles and reporting any maintenance needs as required.
The shuttle driver will assist guests with luggage on and off the bus, as needed
The shuttle driver will serve as an ambassador of goodwill by pleasantly welcoming all of our guests and providing area/site information.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must have a driver's license for at least three (3) years before being permitted to operate any Company Vehicle that involves transporting passengers (including guests, visitors, or owners), or any commercial vehicle.
Must meet the company-required motor vehicle policy standards
Must be familiar with driving in inclement weather and winter driving conditions
Must have a good knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area, including its attractions and activities.
Must have good verbal skills and the ability to communicate with the guests and owners.
The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Must be able to lift luggage 50-75 lbs repeatedly
Education and/or Experience:
Previous shuttle bus driving and/or bell person experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
A valid driver’s license is required
