Job Description The Instructor of Developmental Mathematics will teach courses in developmental and college mathematics, participate collaboratively and professionally with other faculty and staff, and contribute to the department and university in efforts to enhance student success. NOTE: Instructor positions are temporary appointments renewable annually by separate contract at the sole discretion of the University.
Job Duties
Teach pre-college level mathematics and quantitative literacy using research-based mathematics teaching practices.
Contribute to the work of the department and institution to promote student success.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
One year of experience teaching developmental mathematics courses or equivalent.
