Job Overview Martino Signs Inc, a leader in custom commercial signs, awnings, and large-scale signage, is looking for a dependable and skilled Corporate Sign & Awning Installer to join our Field Operations team. This role is responsible for assisting with the installation of signage projects from preparation to completion, ensuring accuracy, safety, and high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have forklift certification, be comfortable traveling to job sites, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of commercial signage, awnings, and large-scale displays.

Operate forklifts and other equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA standards.

Load, transport, and unload materials and tools at job sites.

Follow blueprints, site plans, and installation instructions accurately.

Support lead installers in positioning, securing, and completing installations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site and in company vehicles.

Assist with site preparation, including measuring, drilling, fastening, and electrical connections as needed.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients during projects.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to protect yourself, your team, and client property.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5+ years in signage installation, construction, or a related trade.

Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment effectively and safely.

Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends or overtime as required.

Ability to problem solve.

Weekly pay cycle.

Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, and sick days.

Partial medical expense reimbursement (25%)

Schedule

Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime as required.

Location

Based out of our main facility with travel to project sites as required.

Slight travel out of state required
