Ambition, dedication, attention to detail, and a warm smile are all winning characteristics that lead to the spirit of who we are.**Position Summary:**Maintain exceptional cleanliness of property by performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning tasks.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promotes superior guest service.* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.* Responsible for deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, buffing, stripping, waxing and scrubbing floors.* Responsible for operating high lift equipment for ceiling dusting.* Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management.* Removal and recycling of trash.* Maintain floor cleanliness.* Communicate inventory supply status to management.* Maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture* Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information* Other duties as assigned**Minimum Qualifications:*** High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* Must possess excellent communications skills.* Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.* Must be able to efficiently operate all ride on floor equipment, including buffers and scrubbers as well as high lift equipment.* Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.Work Shift:Regularlocations:
