Journeyman Plumber – Direct Hire with Superior Skilled Trades
Location:
Weston, WI (service area up to 40 miles)
Superior Skilled Trades is collaborating with a reputable plumbing company to bring a skilled Journeyman Plumber onto their expanding team. This position centers on both new builds and renovation work, providing consistent, year‑round employment in a professional setting that values craftsmanship and reliability.
Position Overview As a Journeyman Plumber, you will:
Install and service plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects in full compliance with plumbing codes.
Perform septic system installations for residential properties (previous experience is helpful but not required).
Cut, assemble, solder, thread, and join PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping.
Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate, high-quality installations.
Map out pipe routes, fixture locations, and wall/roof penetrations.
Oversee all aspects of assigned jobs and work independently in the field.
Keep your truck stocked with necessary materials and communicate when supplies need to be replenished.
Required Experience & Credentials
At least 5 years of plumbing experience, specifically in construction environments.
Current Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License.
Strong ability to read and apply blueprints.
Comfortable working with all standard piping materials and installation processes.
Capable of managing full job scopes without direct supervision.
Pay Range
$41.25 – $45.00 per hour , depending on experience
Overtime
paid at
1.5x
after 40 hours
