Our client, a leader in medical device repair and manufacturing, is seeking a QA Technician to join their team. As a QA Technician, you will be part of the KCI Repair Services department supporting quality assurance and device repair processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform device repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and preventive maintenance on medical VAC equipment for internal and external customers.
Execute quality control procedures to ensure all repaired VAC devices meet company standards before returning to customers.
Provide technical support over the phone to customers, sales teams, and third‑party maintenance providers.
Assist in research, development, testing, and inspection of new products to ensure quality and reliability.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, monitor tools and equipment, and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
What's Needed?
At least 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, troubleshooting, soldering, or related repair environment.
Knowledge of electrical schematic diagrams, BOMs, and test procedures.
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to pass a fitness test to meet physical demands of the role.
