Summary of Responsibility:

Prepares and serves palatable, nourishing, well-balanced diets to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of each Resident.

Assists in dishwashing operation and cleaning tasks. Long Term Care Dietary Cook preferred – Safe food handling Certification required.
