Responsibilities Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe Motivate customers to continue exercising and help make healthy choices Offer outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies Qualifications
