25/26: Teaching Assistant – VFE

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Anticipated Teaching Assistant positions at our Vail Farm Elementary School as indicated below for the 2025-2026 school year.

(1) 35 hr/wk Part-time Special Education Teaching Assistant (1:1 with Health Stipend)

Starting salary $ 22,054

The District offers:

Paid sick and personal days as well as health insurance coverage for positions that are 20 hrs/wk or more

Some paid holidays for those positions of 20 hrs/wk or more.

Access to Educator’s EAP

Optional enrollment in 403B and/or NYS Teacher Retirement System (Pension)

Tuition reimbursement program (up to $1,000)

Starting salary is approximately $17.03/hr. However, positions of 25 hours or more are salaried September through June.
