Job Title Beverage Cart Attendant
Location Talking Stick Golf Club – Scottsdale, AZ
Department Food & Beverage
Reports To Food & Beverage Manager / Lead Server
Job Type Seasonal (Weekends, Holidays & Evenings Required)
Position Summary Talking Stick Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven Beverage Cart Attendant to provide exceptional guest service on the course. As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing, stocking, and serving beverages and snacks to golfers, while creating a friendly and engaging atmosphere.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and contributing to a memorable golf experience. This position is a great fit for someone who’s outgoing, reliable, and self‑motivated.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the beverage cart throughout the golf course, following designated routes and safety procedures
Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, snacks, and light food items to guests
Ensure a welcoming, friendly, and professional demeanor with every guest interaction
Monitor beverage cart inventory and restock items as needed throughout the day
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile sales at the end of shift
Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and club policies (Title 4 compliance)
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the beverage cart and related areas
Communicate any guest concerns, product requests, or maintenance issues to management
Assist with special events, tournaments, or on‑course promotions as needed

Requirements Qualifications
Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Must be 19 years or older to serve alcohol in Arizona
Valid Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain)
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle a fast‑paced environment
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
