Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include customer service, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service.
Operate cash register and drive‑thru.
Prepare and assemble food orders.
Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
Operate fryer and griddle equipment.
Support team in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive WEEKLY pay —starts at the minimum rate listed, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

$15.00 - $19.20 per hour
Requirements
Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
1+ years of food service or management experience.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30‑50lbs repeatedly.
Enjoy working in a high energy, fast‑paced environment.
Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
