STARK is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our East Rutherford team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants steady, full‑time employment with a respected luxury brand.
What You’ll Do
Safely handle, load, and deliver premium carpets and rugs
Navigate service entrances, elevators, and urban delivery environments
Work closely with teammates and warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Represent STARK professionally in client homes and buildings
Confirm completed deliveries and communicate updates to the team manager
Adapt to daily routes and changing schedules as needed
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy items
Able to use basic delivery tools (dollies, box cutters, protective materials)
Clear communicator and team player
Experience with deliveries, moving, or specialty furnishings is a plus! We’re excited to train the right person
NYC delivery experience preferred but not required
