Overview
Join our nonprofit senior living community in Surprise, AZ as a
Fundraising Coordinator ! In this role, you will support our mission by cultivating and strengthening donor relationships while driving meaningful philanthropic support.
The Fundraising Coordinator plans and executes fundraising campaigns and events, conducts in-person and virtual donor meetings, and develops tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies aligned with donor interests. Working closely with leadership, this position helps achieve annual fundraising goals, maintains accurate donor records, and prepares regular progress reports and insights.
The ideal candidate brings demonstrated fundraising experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events
Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to deepen relationships and understand donor interests.
Develop customized cultivation and solicitation strategies for each donor
Collaborate with leadership to achieve annual fundraising goals
Manage donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping of contributions and pledges.
Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress and present insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of three years of experience in fundraising , preferably within the senior living, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors required.
Proven fundraising experience (required).
Strong communication and networking skills.
Grant writing and donor management experience.
Event planning and community outreach experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full-Time: Campus based
Pay Rate
The starting pay rate for the positions is $60,000 per year, with compensation varying based on experience.
