RESPONSIBILITIES Meet and greet customers in the dealership Answer and route incoming calls and take messages Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
REQUIREMENTS Ability to work 3pm-9pm Mon-Thurs and Sunday 11am-5pm Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Accounting/Cashier background required Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task Superior customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent Professional personal appearance
The hours are3pm-9pm Monday thru Thursday and Sunday 11am-5pm.
