R04752Your professional transformation starts hereThis job is for you!Sanimax is looking to hire a 2nd shift Production Laborer The hours are 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM working Monday to Friday and 3 of 4 Saturdays per month; *(paid overtime).** Starting pay $21.76/hr with increase after 30 days* Pay grows as you learn new roles* 3% quarterly bonus* Career advancement opportunities* 401(k) match up to 5%* Stable company with 85 years in business**As a Plant Operator you will be responsible for:*** Backup trailers to the pit areas* Loading & unloading rail cars* Provide coverage for any area of plant operation* Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate* Maintain a clean work environment* Perform other duties as assigned* Outside work required- will work in summer/winter temperatures**Skills and Experience required:*** 1 year work related experience* High School diploma or equivalent preferred* Able to stay physically active throughout the shift* Strong communication skills* Forklift experience a plus (training available)**Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!***Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
