We are currently looking for a night time supervisor for our cleaning company. This individual must have a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle for transportation. The supervisor is assigned to a specific location and will hire, train new employees, fill in when they cannot make it to work, and inspect the site after the work is completed. They will also have their own tasks to complete nightly.
The hours are typically 3 hours per evening, Monday through Friday, and 3 hours on Sunday evening. Saturdays are the day off. The shift starts at 9:00 pm Monday‑Thursday. Friday shifts start at 8:00 pm. The Sunday shift starts at 4:30 pm. These are all part‑time evening shifts.
Starting pay is $15 /hr for a 60‑day probation period and then it will go up to $16 /hr when the individual is able to work independently with full knowledge of the building, schedules, company policies, and employee management procedures.
