Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality sandwiches and menu items with care and attention to detail.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve service efficiency.
Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and advance within the company.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for food and commitment to quality service.
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
