All across our organization, we work to cultivate homegrown talent; people like you are curious, hardworking, and always looking to improve.**What You'll Do**As a Bartender at Muse, you will:* Greet guests, takes beverage orders, and prepare drinks as requested.* Provide outstanding customer service to all customers and promotes a positive image of Sentry facilities.* Maintain a high-level of knowledge in wine, beer, mixed drink recipes, and other beverages.* Check identification of guests to verify the age requirement for purchase of alcohol.* Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.* Prepare and maintain freshest garnishes for drinks.* Offer and service the full restaurant menu to guests seated at the bar where appropriate.* Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.* Collect payments for beverages served and balance all receipts.**What it Takes*** **Age requirement of 21+ required*** High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.* Minimum of 2 years of previous bartending experience is preferred* Must be able to obtain a certification on responsible beverage service* Excellent oral communication and customer service skills* Positive interpersonal skills required* Have or be in the process of attaining a bartender’s license* Ability to work nights.
