Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues
Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers’ safety
What We're Looking For:
Minimum age: 21 years
High school diploma or equivalent
Legally authorized to work in the United States
For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience
Willing to obtain and able to meet all state and federal requirements for CDL (training provided)
Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
