Primary Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance: Detailed tasks include bed-making, bathroom sanitation, restocking amenities, vacuuming, and reporting maintenance issues via Quore. Emphasis on cross-contamination prevention (e.g., separate cleaning rags) and compliance with hotel standards.

Guest Interaction: Must maintain a friendly demeanor (“On-Stage” smiling), address requests, and ensure privacy/security (e.g., keeping doors closed).

Compliance & Safety: Adherence to PCI standards (potentially handling sensitive data), lost-and-found protocols, and use of protective equipment.

Team Coordination: Collaboration with inspectors/supervisors to rectify issues and report repairs. Sharing tips if duties are split.

Job Specifications

Education: High school diploma preferred; prior housekeeping experience beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills

Soft Skills: Communication, integrity, problem-solving, and a guest-first attitude.

Technical Skills: Use of Quore for maintenance orders, knowledge of cleaning standards, and potential PCI-related tasks.

Physical & Environmental Demands

Requires stamina for standing, lifting, and bending throughout shifts.

Indoor work with temperature variations; flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varying shifts.

Physical Demands: Candidates must be prepared for repetitive tasks and physical labor.

Technical Aspects: Familiarity with property management systems (Quore) and compliance tools (PCI) may require training.
