Responsibilities
Caring – follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
Engaged – accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
Knowledgeable – complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
Creative – implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
Ability to meet state educational requirements and our center requirements.
Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation and Benefits
Position, education, and experience determine compensation. Options: bi‑weekly or daily pay.
Teacher pay: $17.84–$18.54 per hour.
Limited medical coverage for part‑time workers.
Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification.
401(k) with company match.
Life and disability insurance.
Childcare discount available to all employees.
Monday through Friday work week.
