Position Summary The LifeCafe Supervisor oversees the daily shift operations in the LifeCafe. They deliver a high-quality experience to the members, motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service, and monitor food quality and speed of service to ensure a positive member and guest experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow.

Act as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support.

Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers in a professional manner.

Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.

Manage light food prep responsibilities.

Respond quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire.

Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.

Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.

Night and weekend availability is required based on business needs.

Preferred Requirements

1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience with a food service or retail background in a high-volume environment.
