Guest Service Agent

– 3 PM to 11 PM shift, 5 nights a week – Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown, Peachtree Group.

Job Summary

At Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown, guests receive a home‑away‑from‑home experience. You’ll handle check‑in/check‑out, payment processing, billing adjustments, reservation assistance, and other front‑desk duties with professionalism and friendliness.

Responsibilities

Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs.

Secure payment and verify/adjust billing.

Assist guests with reservations and requests.

Anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience.

1+ year of hotel guest services experience.
