Job Details Compensation:
Hourly base pay $8–$10 per hour plus $5–$10 per hour in tips.
Work Schedule:
AM/PM shift times; flexible schedule may apply.
Benefits:
Eligible employees may enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits.
Summary Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. Assist hotel guests with luggage, including delivery and pickup during arrival and departure.
Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients.
Greet guests within five feet and use their last name during interactions.
Conduct thorough room presentations and assist with room changes.
Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests and assist with transportation and reservations.
Properly tag individual bags for storage and ensure safe transport.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the guest services area.
Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested.
Complete all tasks promptly as instructed by the Account Manager.
Education
High school diploma or GED.
Required Licensure, Certification, etc.
Complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
Work Experience
One to three months of related experience and/or training.
Knowledge
Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Skills
Read and write standard English language.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and handle transactions using U.S. currency.
Understand 24‑hour and military time systems.
Understand rate calculations for time passed.
