Multi-Line Adjuster Trainee – Nashville, TN
Salary: $27.98 per hour / $56,375 annually.
We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Multi-line Damage team as a Multi-line Property Damage Trainee. As an ambassador for GEICO’s customer service, you will work in dynamic environments that may include repair shops, salvage yards, a customer’s home, or a virtual estimating environment. You will be responsible for inspecting damage, estimating repair costs, negotiating settlements, issuing payments, and providing excellent customer service. This position primarily includes servicing boat, motorcycle, RV, and other specialty claims.
Our industry-leading paid training includes 3 weeks of required hands‑on experience at our Ashburn, VA training facility, teaching you the ins and outs of physical damage adjusting. You will receive resources and training to assist our customers after accidents or major disasters. We seek candidates who are as motivated as they are compassionate.
Qualifications & Skills
Valid driver’s license meeting underwriting guidelines for at least the past 3 consecutive years and ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
Willingness to be flexible with primary work location – remote or field work may be required.
Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi‑tasking skills.
Effective attention to detail and decision‑making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to further develop them.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or current pursuit preferred.
