Position Overview As a Porter at F1 Arcade, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the venue. You will uphold high cleanliness standards in restrooms, guest‑facing areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to support operations and hospitality.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Restroom & Guest Area Maintenance: Clean and restock restrooms thoroughly, ensuring they are always fresh, sanitary, and guest‑ready.
Venue Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and wipe down floors and surfaces in both front‑ and back‑of‑house areas. Empty trash bins and maintain waste disposal areas.
Supply Replenishment: Ensure restrooms and public areas are stocked with necessary supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house teams to maintain a clean and safe environment across all departments.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow proper sanitation protocols and safe chemical handling practices. Actively support F1 Arcade's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Proactive Support: Stay alert and responsive to cleaning needs throughout the shift, especially in high‑traffic areas, and assist with additional venue upkeep as needed.
Skills Required
Detail‑Oriented: Pride in maintaining clean, well‑organized spaces and noticing small details that enhance guest experience.
Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting.

Basic Physical Requirements Team members must be able to perform the duties of the venue. This includes frequent lifting up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds as required, lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Tasks include twisting, reaching, grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly, working in hot then cold environments for extended periods, and standing/walking for extended periods. Frequent hand washing and sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. Team members must be able to communicate with guests and other team members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.
